Multi-Branch Manifolds for Filtration Funnels and Magnetic Filter Holders

Overview

Several formats are available for use with 3 or 6 filter funnels and these are with a choice of aluminum or stainless steel. Some of the manifolds are designed with Spin-Lock for use with appropriate filter funnels, some are designed for use with Magnetic Filter Holders and some are for use with brand name disposable plastic funnels such as Sartorius, Millipore or Pall.

Each position is individually equipped with its own control valve. Each manifold could be used with various sizes of filter holders such as 100, 300 and 500 mL filter funnels available from Rose Scientific.

The MultiVac 300-MB and 600-MB manifolds are made of SS316 stainless steel for better chemical resistance and components are easily removed for cleaning and autoclaving. MultiVac Manifolds are of Spin-Lock Design. These manifolds are ideally suited for use with Rocker 100 mL, 300mL and 500mL stainless Steel Funnels and appropriate lid covers, if needed.

The MultiVac 300-MS and 600-MS manifolds are made of SS316 stainless steel for better chemical resistance and components are easily removed for cleaning and autoclaving. A common choice for use with the MultiVac 300-MS and 600-MS is Rose Scientific’s series of Magnetic Filter Holders. Each branch manifold is equipped with No. 8 Silicone Stoppers and can accept various types of filter holders (Magnetic Filter Holders or VF Glass Filtration Funnels). Order filter holders MF-3, or MF-5 or glass filtration funnels VF6 separately as needed.

MultiVac 300 and 600 are multi-branch manifold bases designed for use with name brands of disposable filter funnels such as Sartorius # 16A07, Millipore MIACFD101, MIACFD201 or PALL 4870/4871 filter funnels.

MultiVac 310-MS and 610-MS filter manifolds are multi-branch aluminum manifolds that are light-weight, economical and also autoclavable. These manifolds can be adopted for use with various types of filter holders, including Magnetic Filter Holders and Rocker VF6 Glass Filter Holders.

A variety of manifolds are available, in stainless steel or aluminum, and with Spin-Lock, magnetic or proprietary filter holders
All manifolds are equipped with individual control valves for each position
Detachable hose barb can be connected to either side of the manifold quickly towards the side of the vacuum source.
Suitable for microbiology tests, chemical experiments and general laboratory filtration.
Innovative integrated adjustable vent valve with pipe to eliminate hammer phenomenon and help to drain out residual waste water
